Position Summary:
The Chief Chiropractic Officer (CCO) will serve as the strategic and clinical leader for chiropractic initiatives at ClinicMind while building an agency-grade growth and enablement motion. This executive will shape our chiropractic vision, guide chiropractic office growth-specific technology and services, represent ClinicMind within the profession, and build a scalable client-partner ecosystem—including partner onboarding, certification, governance, and review-driven social proof.  CCO reports to the Chief Strategic Growth Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Define and drive ClinicMind’s vision for chiropractic, ensuring alignment with market trends, regulatory changes, and future innovation; translate specialty needs into repeatable, scalable playbooks.

  2. Partner/Agency GTM: Develop monetization models for partner agencies (e.g., licensing, revenue share, managed services).  Own the agency Go To Market: build a pipeline, establish onboarding/certification,  track performance, and enforce partner standards to grow ARR via client-led expansion.

  3. Customer Success & Social Proof: Convert outcomes into verified reviews and success stories to boost visibility and trust across the chiropractic market.

  4. Product Influence: Partner with product and engineering to guide next-generation chiropractic EHR/practice management—focusing on the best ways to codify best practices into templates, macros, and SOPs for multidisciplinary teams

  5. Thought Leadership & Advocacy: Represent ClinicMind in associations, conferences, and publications; elevate ClinicMind’s profile across chiropractic networks.

  6. Education & Mentorship: Lead webinars, trainings, and community engagement to mentor providers and internal teams on high-performance documentation and RCM practices.

  7. Market Insight: Monitor the competitive landscape; identify opportunities to improve positioning and outcomes for chiropractic practices on our platform.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Vision for the Chiropractic Profession: Ability to define and lead strategic direction for chiropractic care in a digital environment—paired with a bias for scalable systems.

  2. Industry Engagement: History of participation in chiropractic associations/events with published contributions or public speaking.  Doctor's degree with active or prior licensure; experience supervising documentation standards and payer policy.

  3. Technology Proficiency: Strong understanding of practice management/EHR workflows and compliance; comfort shaping requirements with product/engineering.

  4. Leadership in Software Adoption: Demonstrated impact influencing clinical software usability and adoption.

  5. Experience: 10+ years of business growth experience.  Chiropractic office ownership and operation for at least 5 years. 

  6. Agency-Style Growth Competency: Proven ability to build or run client/partner programs (onboarding, certification, performance tracking) and to convert outcomes into new revenue, reviews, and referrals.
