HR Generalist

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Hiring
    1. Establish a continued flow of sourcing outstanding candidates.
    2. Manage Job Openings and Job Posting using various job posting websites.
    3. Guide the interview process, conduct initial candidate screenings  
  2. Purging
    1. Maintain accurate and confidential records for aptitude, integrity, skill, and productivity  
    2. Make weekly purging recommendations, subject to business needs
  3. Handling of Employee Engagement
  4. Handling of Benefits and Compensation
  5. Handling of Employee Relations

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
  2. Must have at least (3) years of experience as HR Generalist
  3. Excellent in oral and written communication; Interviewing skills; Test report and writing skills
  4. Excellent observation and communication skills
  5. Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills
  6. Experience in conducting wellness training programs and workshops is a plus
  7. Experience in implementing corporate mental health programs is a plus
