RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hiring
- Establish a continued flow of sourcing outstanding candidates.
- Manage Job Openings and Job Posting using various job posting websites.
- Guide the interview process, conduct initial candidate screenings
- Purging
- Maintain accurate and confidential records for aptitude, integrity, skill, and productivity
- Make weekly purging recommendations, subject to business needs
- Handling of Employee Engagement
- Handling of Benefits and Compensation
- Handling of Employee Relations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
- Must have at least (3) years of experience as HR Generalist
- Excellent in oral and written communication; Interviewing skills; Test report and writing skills
- Excellent observation and communication skills
- Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills
- Experience in conducting wellness training programs and workshops is a plus
- Experience in implementing corporate mental health programs is a plus
