RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Improve client provider’s collections by focusing on underpaid or delayed claims 
      • Take on the majority of problem analysis and solution synthesis
      • Delegate, direct, and verify daily solution implementation for each team member
    2. Manage Team’s Knowledge Base 
      • Create and maintain Standard Operating Process (SOP) Manuals
      • Document and disseminate solutions at weekly team meetings
      • Mentor team members: 
        • Perform timely and constructive team member performance reviews
        • Train your Team Members
        • Track Team Member attendance, motivation, and growth
    3. Manage Team’s Productivity and Quality
      • Discover and unblock workflow bottlenecks 
      • Troubleshoot errors
      • Set up monthly, weekly, and daily goals for collections, productivity, and quality; monitor their achievements, and take corrective actions
      • Maintain meritocracy and determine the monthly Profit-Sharing Award for the members of your team.
    4.  Minimize Errors and Claim rework
      • Prioritize account-level corrections above individual claims  
      • Leverage Quality Assurance resources
    5. Prepare Team Lead reports, including
      • RCM Revenue
      • Productivity
      • Quality

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Billing expertise, thorough familiarity with US Health Service Industry
  2. Experience with Vericle is an advantage
  3. Problem-solving and knowledge management expertise
  4. High level of comfort to work US-based business hours and Work From Home conditions

 

MUST HAVE:

  1. High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift - Must be available for practice meetings to discuss progress during East Coast Business Hours
  2. Good internet access at home
  3. Mobile Hotspot
  4. Laptop/Desktop of at least 8 GB
