RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the entire lifecycle of healthcare products from concept through development, launch, and phase-out. Ensure products meet market needs and achieve clinical, operational, and financial goals.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality products or solutions by implementing appropriate quality management processes.

Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Managing project budgets through budget management, cost estimation, and financial reporting.

Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product development and launch.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members by managing expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Use insights to inform product strategy and development.

Work closely with key stakeholders, including customers, users, and senior executives, to gather requirements, communicate progress, and align product vision.

Tackle complex technical and business challenges using a proactive, hands-on approach. Develop innovative solutions that are informed by market dynamics, customer needs, and user feedback.

Demonstrate leadership in both tactical execution and strategic planning. Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies to achieve long-term success.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Project Management.

Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant project management certifications is an advantage.

Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.

Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members.

Ability to identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Must have stable internet connection minimum of 5 MBPS
- Must be comfortable working the US business hours (EST)
