Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the company's sales and marketing strategy, including campaigns, partnerships, and branding initiatives.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and email.

  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and ensure its consistency across all marketing materials.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and behavior and leverage insights to develop effective marketing tactics. 

  • Conduct market research and analysis to maintain a strong working knowledge of competitors, including their advertising, consumer loyalty programs, technology, and overall market dynamics. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

  • Establish metrics and performance tracking of all marketing brand and growth initiatives. Reviews ROI monthly/quarterly with the C-suite team. Communicate to leadership regularly and make recommendations on strategic and tactical changes.  Oversee subsequent market plan adjustments.  

  • Align marketing and sales initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of revenue targets.

  • Manage the overall sales and marketing budget and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Stay current on marketing trends and technologies and ensure the company's marketing strategy is at the forefront of innovation. 

 

Requirements:

  • A STEM undergraduate degree. MBA degree in Marketing

  • 15+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
