The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior executive responsible for overseeing the company’s overall financial operations, strategic financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and financial growth initiatives. This role requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, financial analysis, corporate finance, as well as knowledge of medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. The CFO works closely with executive leadership to support business decisions, ensure financial stability, and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
• Oversee accounting operations, treasury management, tax planning, compliance, and audits
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership for strategic decision-making
• Manage cash flow, financial risk assessments, and investment planning
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and management reports
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational and financial performance
• Support mergers, acquisitions, due diligence activities, and financial modeling initiatives
• Establish and improve financial controls, systems, policies, and operational procedures
• Work closely with billing and operations teams to support financial oversight of medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership role
• Strong background in financial strategy, accounting operations, and corporate finance
• Knowledgeable in medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and financial analysis
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems

Must Have:
• Experience with IT companies, preferably SaaS
• Experience managing finance operations for growing organizations
• High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift
• Good internet access at home at least 25 MBPS
• Mobile Hotspot
• Laptop/Desktop of at least 16 GB
